About Us
The Baby Roland Foundation was born from a deeply personal journey. After going into preterm labor with my son at just 22½ weeks, I experienced firsthand the emotional and physical challenges that come with unexpected complications during pregnancy. Though my son is no longer with us, I created this foundation to honor his memory and keep his spirit alive by giving back to mothers and families in need.

Rooted in love, resilience, and hope, our mission is to provide expecting mothers in underserved communities with the essentials they need to care for their newborns. Through our baby care packages—which include diapers, wipes, clothing, blankets, and other necessities—we aim to ease the burdens of new parenthood and create a strong start for every child, no matter their circumstances.

What began as a personal act of healing has grown into a community-driven effort to uplift, support, and stand beside mothers during one of the most vulnerable and meaningful times in their lives. Every package we deliver is a tribute to my son’s legacy—and a reminder that no mother should face this journey alone.

Meet Our Founders!
Jetaun C. Roland, MSIMC
Founder
Jetaun started The Baby Roland Foundation after the death of her first born son, Owen Christopher Roland Jr. She wanted to honor her son, and keep his name alive by giving back to families in her community. Jetaun felt the need to raise awareness around extreme prematurity, preterm labor, and help families in underserved communities receive the items needed to care for their newborn.

Co-Founder
Owen Christopher Roland Sr., Co-Founder of The Baby Roland Foundation. He started the foundation with his wife, Jetaun C. Roland. Owen is always willing to lend a helping hand. He is passionate about helping others and solving problems in the community.
